Refund & Return Policy
At Push For Progress, we take pride in delivering high-quality products designed to inspire confidence and self-expression in kids. Because many of our products are produced in limited drops or small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.
However, if your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly review the issue and provide store credit if the claim is approved.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for store credit:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item appears to be defective or damaged due to a production issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the situation.

Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the defect
If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper washing, misuse, or alterations is not eligible for store credit.
Shipping Damage
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@pushfp.com so we can help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as limited release
