Thank you for shopping with Push For Progress.
Many Push For Progress items are released as limited drops and made-to-order pieces, which means production begins after the preorder window closes.
Drop Order Timeline
Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks from preorder to delivery.
Our typical drop schedule works like this:
Drop announcement — New collection or item is revealed
Pre-order window (3–7 days) — Customers place orders during the limited purchase window
Production run (2–3 weeks) — Items are produced after the preorder window closes
Shipping & delivery (1–2 weeks) — Orders are packed and shipped
Total estimated timeline: 3–5 weeks from purchase to delivery.
Estimated timelines may vary slightly depending on production volume, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
Processing & Shipping
Once production is completed, orders are packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders Shipping Separately
Some items may be produced or fulfilled by different production partners.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each shipment will receive its own tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Push For Progress is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at:

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Push For Progress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
